Sarah Link Hardy is a partner in the firm who practices primarily in the areas of General Corporate Law, Business Transactions, and Mergers & Acquisitions. Her practice also includes the areas of Healthcare Transactional Law, Real Estate, Municipal Law, and Banking and Finance. Sarah spends a significant portion of her time reviewing and negotiating contracts for local clients as well as large, multi-national clients. Sarah has extensive experience representing sellers and purchasers in acquisitions in a broad range of industries. Sarah developed a broad-based corporate practice working as an associate and as a partner in a large regional firm and a large national firm in Atlanta, Georgia, for 15 years. When providing general corporate assistance to an international practice group in Atlanta, Sarah presented various seminars on general corporate law topics. Sarah has also presented seminars on transactional opinion letter matters.
Sarah received her undergraduate degree in Economics from Centre College in Kentucky in 1984. She received her law degree and Masters of Business Administration degree from Vanderbilt University concurrently in 1988.
Sarah is a member of the Indiana and Georgia Bar Associations. She serves as a board member of the St. Vincent Evansville Foundation and Cancer Pathways Midwest. Sarah also actively serves as Elder for Presbyterian Church in Henderson, Kentucky, and is an assistant coach for the Henderson County High School Academic Team.
