Aaron Allen is an associate whose practice focuses primarily on general corporate law and business transactions.

He regularly advises clients on real estate, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, and municipal law matters. Aaron spends much of his time drafting and negotiating agreements for regional businesses and institutions, ensuring their legal and commercial objectives are aligned.

Before joining the firm, Aaron worked for seven years in Chicago’s insurance industry as an accountant and data analyst. He earned his undergraduate degree from Miami University in Ohio in 2011 and his law degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2022.

Aaron is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and the Evansville Bar Association. Active in the community, he serves on the boards of the Evansville Civic Theatre, the Evansville Bar Foundation, and HOLA.
