Jeff Henning is a partner in the firm’s business and commercial group, representing businesses and individuals in banking, finance, agricultural, and real estate matters. He advises lenders, real estate developers, and agricultural cooperatives on transactional, regulatory, and contractual issues.

Jeff earned his undergraduate degree from Indiana University and his law degree from St. Louis University. He has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America since 2018 and is a graduate of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy.

He is admitted to practice in Indiana, Illinois, and Kentucky, as well as multiple federal district courts. Deeply engaged in his community, Jeff has served in leadership roles with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, the Catholic Diocese of Evansville, Evansville ARC, and the United Way of Southwestern Indiana.
