David Guerrettaz is a partner with more than 25 years of experience in immigration law, focusing on employment-based and family-based immigration as well as representation before U.S. Immigration Courts. He has served as Chair of the Indiana Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and is a frequent speaker on immigration law issues.
In addition to his immigration practice, David brings more than three decades of experience in family law and litigation. He has taught Business Law at the University of Evansville for over twenty years and remains an active member of both the Indiana and Evansville Bar Associations.
David graduated summa cum laude from Marian University in Indianapolis and earned his law degree from Syracuse University College of Law, along with a master’s degree in International Relations from the Maxwell School of Citizenship & Public Administration. A long-time community leader, he has served on the boards of Indiana Legal Services, Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ohio Valley, and the Legal Aid Society of Evansville.
