Client service and a commitment to our clients’ success have long been hallmarks of ZSWS, and remain bedrock principles today. There may be many things to know and learn about our firm, although to us none is more significant than the fact that we view our commitment to the success of our clients as our first and foremost priority.
Each of our practitioners focuses the substantial majority of his or her time in a discrete number of practice areas. This approach, combined with the sophistication of our clients’ legal needs, creates a synergy that enables our practitioners to develop a significant level of in-depth knowledge in their respective substantive areas.

Broad Experience

Our overall approach to practice development, complemented by our culture of teamwork and client service, means our clients are satisfied that they receive not only responsive and personalized attention, but also useful, measured and confident advice. This stems from years of training and experience with the specific issues at hand. The scope of our legal experience is also reflective of the region’s broad mix of business and industry, and our attorneys routinely advise clients in matters related to these.

Community Leadership

Although we devote substantial time and energy to serving the direct legal needs of our clients, community service is also deeply imbedded in our firm culture. The firm and its members devote significant time and resources to civic and community activities, and serve as leaders of numerous boards and initiatives. Similarly, several of our members are actively involved in local and state bar activities. And, as leaders in our respective fields of practice, we frequently serve as faculty members for legal education seminars.
