Steve Weitzel is a partner whose practice focuses on corporate law with emphasis on mergers, acquisitions, and commercial transactions. He also has extensive experience in estate and gift tax planning and probate.

Steve has represented clients in diverse industries including coal, telecommunications, manufacturing, construction, and insurance. He earned his undergraduate degree from DePauw University, where he was a Rector Scholar, and his law degree from Emory University.

He has served as President of the Legal Aid Society of Evansville and as a director of numerous community organizations including the Red Cross, Evansville Philharmonic Orchestra, and Evansville ARC Foundation.
