Shae Overton is an associate whose practice focuses primarily on estate planning and business and commercial transactions. She provides thoughtful guidance to individuals and businesses in developing estate plans, structuring business entities, and managing complex transactions.

A native of Boonville, Indiana, Shae graduated magna cum laude from Indiana University Bloomington with a Bachelor of Arts in Media Advertising and minors in Marketing and Spanish. She earned her law degree, cum laude, from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where she externed with the Indiana Supreme Court, assisted clients through the school’s appellate clinic, and served as a legal writing tutor. Shae is also published in the Indiana Health Law Review.

Shae clerked for Ziemer, Stayman, Weitzel & Shoulders for two summers during law school before joining the firm as an associate. She is active in the Evansville community and enjoys running, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
