Sarah Link Hardy is a partner whose practice includes general corporate law, business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, healthcare law, real estate, municipal law, and finance. She has represented a wide range of clients from local businesses to multinational corporations.
Sarah’s experience includes more than fifteen years at large regional and national firms in Atlanta, where she developed a broad corporate practice and delivered seminars on corporate governance and transactional opinion letters. She has handled acquisitions across multiple industries and routinely advises clients on complex contractual negotiations.
Sarah earned her undergraduate degree from Centre College in Kentucky and received both her law degree and Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University. She is a member of the Indiana and Georgia Bar Associations and serves on the boards of the St. Vincent Evansville Foundation and Cancer Pathways Midwest.
Sarah spent 15 years learning her craft in the Atlanta office of two very large law firms, Paul Hastings and Nelson Mullins. In Atlanta, she practiced in the areas of general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, securities law and franchise law. Since joining ZSWS, her practice is predominately General Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions.
