Nick Cirignano is a partner who practices in the areas of religious institutions, corporate and commercial law, creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, and real estate. He represents creditors in bankruptcy proceedings nationwide and has also advised the City of Evansville on major development projects.
Nick graduated from Haverford College and earned his law degree from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. Prior to law school, he worked as a foreign currency options trader on the Philadelphia Stock Exchange.
He is a member of the Evansville and Indiana State Bar Associations, as well as the American Bankruptcy Institute. Active in community service, Nick serves on the board of the YMCA of Southwestern Indiana and has taught Business Law as an adjunct lecturer at the University of Evansville.
