Lee Schiff is a partner with more than 35 years of experience in labor and employment law and civil litigation. She represents corporations and individuals in employment, civil rights, and commercial disputes, and has appeared before the Indiana Supreme Court, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
A native of Cincinnati, Lee earned her undergraduate degree from Xavier University and her law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. She is active in civic and charitable work, previously serving on the boards of the Reitz Home Museum, the Evansville Parks Foundation, and the Evansville Children’s Museum.
Lee’s litigation and appellate practice is diverse and extensive, including published decisions concerning Title VII, the ADEA, FMLA, ADA, the NLRA, tortious interference with employment agreements, Indiana’s employment at-will laws, and Indiana’s wage payment statutes.
