Marco DeLucio is a partner who practices real estate and corporate law with emphasis on business and commercial transactions, banking and finance, and creditors’ rights. His experience spans commercial lending, property development, and complex financial restructuring.

Marco received his undergraduate degree from the University of Freiburg in West Germany and DePauw University, and earned his law degree, summa cum laude, from Drake University and Indiana University – Indianapolis. He has served as President of both the Vanderburgh County Law Library Foundation and the Evansville Bar Association.

Deeply engaged in civic and economic development, Marco has served on the boards of the Chamber of Commerce of Southwest Indiana and the YMCA of Southwestern Indiana.
