Practice Areas
Keith Vonderahe is a partner whose practice focuses on litigation and appellate advocacy, including commercial conflicts, utility disputes, and constitutional claims involving local governments. He also handles select family law, personal injury, and Title IX matters.
A 2026 Indiana Super Lawyer honoree, Keith has represented clients before the Indiana Supreme Court, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. An Evansville native, he earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Evansville and his law degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law. Keith was a four-year letterman on Evansille’s Men’s Soccer team, where he competed in three NCAA tournaments, including the 1990 Final Four. At Tulsa, Keith was the assistant coach for the Men’s Soccer team, which was a consistent top-25 program and two year Western Athletic Conference tournament finalist.
Active in the community, Keith has served on the boards for the Evansville Police Department Foundation, the Evansville Bar Association, the EVSC Foundation, F.J. Reitz High School Varsity Scholarship club and many local soccer organizations.

Keith has tried jury cases to verdict, including successfully defending wrongful death claims, prosecuting personal injury claims and obtaining defense verdicts in criminal courts. Keith’s appellate practice is just as diverse, including published decisions concerning Indiana’s Products Liability Act, the defense of alleged constitutional deprivations, Indiana grandparent visitation rights and the enforcement of contractual provisions in favor of a Fortune 500 publicly traded company.
