Elyse Mastison is an associate attorney whose practice focuses on corporate and employment law. She counsels businesses, municipalities, and family-owned companies on a wide range of workplace, corporate, and business matters, providing practical, detail-oriented guidance tailored to each client’s needs and objectives.

Before attending law school, Elyse gained experience in human resources and purchasing, giving her valuable insight into the operational and personnel challenges employers face. She began working with ZSWS as a law clerk and joined the firm as an attorney following graduation.

A graduate of the University of Southern Indiana Honors College, Elyse earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Business Administration and graduated magna cum laude. She went on to earn her J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. During law school, Elyse externed for Magistrate Judge Wildeman in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana and served as a Certified Legal Intern with the Posey County Prosecutor’s Office.

A lifelong resident of Evansville, Indiana, Elyse is proud to serve the businesses, organizations, and communities throughout the Southern Indiana region.
