Dirck Stahl is a partner whose practice includes litigation and appellate advocacy across a range of areas, including construction, municipal law, land use and zoning, real estate, insurance, commercial litigation, and business law. He represents individuals, companies, and public entities, providing practical solutions grounded in experience and sound judgment.
Recognized in Best Lawyers in America® and Indiana Super Lawyers®, Dirck brings decades of experience as both advocate and advisor. A graduate of Wabash College and the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, he has also taught Legal Writing and Legal Research as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Evansville for more than 15 years. He is a frequent writer, speaker, and moderator at professional seminars throughout Indiana.
Dirck has held numerous leadership roles within the legal community, including President of the Evansville Bar Association and member of the Indiana State Bar Association’s Board of Governors, where he chaired multiple sections and committees. His work has helped advance professional development and access to justice initiatives across the state.
Active in civic and charitable service, Dirck has served on the boards of organizations including Vanderburgh County CASA, United Family Care Services, the Arts Council of Southwestern Indiana, WNIN Public Radio and Television, Center City Corporation, and Downtown Evansville, Inc., as well as in leadership roles within his church.
