Court L. Farrell has an extensive practice history in the fields of insurance and corporate defense, handling complex matters involving catastrophic bodily injury and property damage. His practice also includes commercial litigation, real estate litigation, probate litigation and matters involving contract law, municipal law and employment law.
Born in Evansville, Indiana, Court L. Farrell earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern Indiana, where he was named a President’s Medal Semi-Finalist and welcomed into Pi Sigma Alpha and Omega Chi National Honor Societies. After college, Mr. Farrell worked in the Vanderburgh County Clerk’s Office, working in the Traffic and Misdemeanor Division, Small Claims Division and for the Election Office. Thereafter, he obtained his law degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where he tutored first-year law students and eventually became the Executive Director of the Dean’s Tutorial Society.
