Mike Schiff is a senior partner in the firm who has focused his practice on the representation of Management in Labor & Employment Law matters for over 43 years. He counsels and represents clients on employment-related matters in a broad range of industries including healthcare, banking, public utilities, general manufacturing, wholesale distribution, trucking and other service industries.

Mike is an Evansville, Indiana, native and a 1975 graduate of the University of Southern Indiana, where he received his undergraduate degree in English. He continued on to receive his law degree from Indiana University – Indianapolis in 1979, where he was an Associate Editor of the Indiana Law Review.

Mike is admitted to practice in both Indiana and Kentucky and has maintained the AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Legal Directory since 1982. Mike is the author of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce’s “Unemployment Compensation Handbook, 6th Ed.”, first published in 1996. He is a member of the USI Speakers Bureau and is a frequent speaker on a variety of Labor & Employment Law topics. He is also a lifetime board member for the Boys and Girls Club of Evansville, Inc. and is involved in the scouting movement.
