David A. Guerrettaz

David Guerrettaz is a partner in the firm, focusing his practice on Immigration Law. He also practices actively in Family Law and Litigation. David is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He serves as the Chair of the AILA Indiana Chapter.
David graduated summa cum laude, with an undergraduate degree from Marian College in Indianapolis, Indiana, in 1988. He received his law degree from Syracuse University College of Law and his Master of Arts degree in International Relations from Maxwell School of Citizenship & Public Administration in 1991. He is a member of the Indiana and Evansville Bar Associations.
David serves on the Board of Directors for Indiana Legal Services, Inc. as its Second Vice-President, and he also serves as a member of the Indiana Bar Foundation. In addition, David also teaches Introductory and Advanced Business Law at the University of Evansville, where he has taught for over 20 years.
